A little about me
I first came to yoga due to severe chronic pain and learnt some tools to deal with this through my yoga practice. As my practice progressed, I felt compelled to share the benefits of yoga with others.
After successfully completing my Hatha Vinyasa teacher training, I accomplished post graduate trainings in Trauma Aware, Restorative Yoga, Yin, Pre-natal and Post-natal yoga. I also a graduated the 50-hour Mindfuness-Based Stress Reduction course based on the teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn.
I am a member of Yoga Australia - the national peak body for all traditions and styles of yoga in Australia. I therefore follow a professional code of conduct and support traditional yogic ethical principles as outlined in Patanjali’s yoga sutras, along with completing professional development each year.
