Welcome to Sakala Yoga
My name is Lauren and I work with wonderful people wanting to make a positive change in their life. By sharing physical asana practices with a strong focus on meditation, breath work, and yogic philosophy, I am able to build on and improve your self-confidence, posture and flexibility, while reducing stress, and enhancing your overall sense of well-being.
There is nothing I’d love more than to share the gift of yoga with you, and assist in connecting your body, mind and spirit.
